Geodesic Dome - Parametric Design
Ready for CNC Laser or Router Cutting
At a music festival in the end of 2015, I came across with lots of CNC cutted Geodesic domes that grabbed my attention. I got obsessed with the idea of building one myself, but I could not find any free design online. I started working in a easy to build geodesic dome 3D model, but not only that, I wanted to be able to change any variables (size, diameter, wood depth, etc) and come out with a ready to cut model in minutes, so after some iterations, I got to a version of the file that was good enough.
